OBrown & Associates is a San Francisco Bay Area, educational consulting and leadership coaching firm dedicated to the expansion of racial equity and inclusion to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality school experience. Our qualified team is comprised of retired central office and site level administrators who assist current leaders in addressing issues outlined in their Local Educational Plans.

Focusing on African American and biracial students, our mission is to provide educational leaders with effective frameworks and tools designed to change the mindsets of staff, and increase the engagement and academic success of the targeted students.

With over twelve years of educational consulting and leadership coaching experience, OBrown & Associates provide professional services for districts, leaders, and teachers to guarantee success with culture initiatives. Our training supports school-wide programs like Response to Intervention, Restorative Justice Practices, Social and Emotional Learning, Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, Equity and more.  OBrown & Associates create customized professional development sessions, webinars, blogs, site level team and/or one-on-one coaching, forums, conferences, etc.

Training targets youth populations who are disadvantaged/underserved and experiencing equity GAPS.
